Shipping


All domestic parcels are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. All international orders are shipped via USPS Priority International. 


Processing time

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. Custom orders and commissions can take up to 6 weeks to create and prepare for shipping. If you have questions about your order, please email me at info@embymarissa.com.


Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.


Refunds

Generally, I do not refund orders once the items have shipped. If you need to cancel your order, please cancel within 24 hours of purchase by contacting me at sales@embymarissa.com. Proper cancellations will be offered a full refund. 


Returns

I do not accept returns for items that are not damaged or have minor flaws. I do not accept returns for custom orders or commissions. 

 

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact me as soon as possible. We will work out a return system that works for you. 

 

Generally, I will only accept returns of damaged or defective items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned to me within 30 days to receive a full refund. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

 

Exchanges

I am happy to exchange items for you. If you placed your order within 24 hours, please contact sales@embymarissa.com to cancel your order and begin the exchange process.

 

If you’ve already received your order, I’m happy to exchange any items. Contact me within 14 days of delivery at sales@embymarissa.com. I do ask that you pay return shipping. 

 

If the exchanged item(s) costs less than the new item(s), you are responsible for making up the difference. 

If the exchanged item(s) is more expensive than the new item(s), I will issue a partial refund to make up the difference.
